Client Brief

Design a solution that can be used by anyone to book and select personal grooming services for their home, ensuring a delightful experience for the user amidst the stressful situation of COVID-19 protocols and psychological barriers.

People take a long time to pick the services they need in the current app. It's because the service list has some issues. Also, there are too many other services, making it harder to decide.

Persona

Harish Kumar works as an architect and used to travel frequently for his business. He is particularly concerned about self-care, visiting a salon once every two weeks for grooming.
 

Pain Points
  • Customizing the required service in the application is often challenging.

  • Sometimes, I have to scroll for a long time to find a particular service.

Problem Statement

Finding and booking personalized salon services is currently a challenge, with users investing considerable time in navigating and searching for their desired services.

  • Users experience prolonged decision-making times due to limitations in service listing within the existing application. The elevated cognitive load, compounded by the inclusion of various other services, further complicates the user experience.
